1. Our Services

BALI LUMINA offers a fully private, reservation-only mobile spa experience, limited to one guest per day.
Treatments are provided at your residence, hotel, or another suitable location.



2. Reservations & Payment

• Reservations are accepted through our designated contact methods
• Full prepayment by credit card is required
• Any changes after confirmation will be handled according to our policy



3. Cancellations & Changes

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the session fee
• No exceptions apply, including illness or emergencies



4. Health & Service Limitations

For your safety, we may decline or modify treatments in the following cases:

• Fever, illness, or signs of infection
• Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy
• Serious medical conditions or ongoing treatment without medical approval
• Skin conditions, injuries, or inflammation in treatment areas
• Severe fatigue, intoxication, or lack of rest
• Undisclosed allergies or sensitivities



5. Treatment Environment

To ensure a calm and safe experience, we kindly ask:

• Avoid strong fragrances such as perfumes or sprays
• Prepare a comfortable space with suitable lighting, temperature, and quiet surroundings

Final adjustments will be made by the therapist upon arrival.



6. Disclaimer

• Our treatments are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not medical treatments
• We are not responsible for any physical reactions or changes following the session
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events



7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, belongs to BALI LUMINA.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.



8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking without prior notice in the following cases:

• Inappropriate behavior or false information
• Situations that may affect the safety or well-being of the therapist
• Any actions that may harm the reputation or trust of our brand

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.
